Renewal of items
You can renew your loans by telephone Monday - Friday 9 - 5pm, dial 01642 342100, you will need your User name. Outside these hours you can leave a message and a member of staff will get back to you.
- At the iZone located on the ground floor of the Library.
- Catalogue Points located throughout the Library, you will need your User name and PIN.
- Online by logging into a student PC and accessing My Account via the The Catalogue.
- At the Self Service machines on the ground floor of the Library, you will need the books with you.
If you do not have a PIN, you can set up your own by visiting the URL: https://mylogin.tees.ac.uk/mylogin.

Your account is stopped due to a significantly overdue item or outstanding invoice
The item is an Inter Library Loan
The item has been reserved by another borrower
You have reached the renewal limit, items can be renewed up to 12 times
