Renewal of items

You can renew your loans 24 hours a day, using your borrower number and PIN:

  1. Online - by accessing My Account via The Catalogue. See the following information on how to do this.
  2. Telephone - dial 01642 342100.

You can also renew your loans by visiting the Library at either campus during Middlesbrough Campus opening hours or Darlington Campus opening hours:

  1. Self Service machines located on the ground floor of the Library.
  2. Catalogue Points located throughout the Library.
  3. Online by logging into a student PC and accessing My Account via the The Catalogue.

If you do not have a PIN, you can set up your own by visiting the URL: https://myaccess.tees.ac.uk/pcs.

You will not be able to use these services if you have a suspension on your account and will need to contact Customer Services directly.
