Changes to British Library Inter Library Loans Service
From Monday 23rd April, there will be some changes to the service we receive from the British Library. Customers requesting printed photocopies will receive them in colour. Secure electronic delivery requests (SED) coming directly to your desk top will also be in full colour. You will have the choice to print them in colour or black & white. Please note that if you send your SED to a colour MyPrint station, you will be charged for colour printing. The loan period for book requests will also change slightly, giving our customers slightly longer on each loan. However, if loans are returned after the due date provided, the British Library will apply an automatic renewal charge which will be passed onto customers.
