Inter library loans

This service is available to members of the university staff as well as some categories of students.

If you are on the List of users eligible for inter library loans, you may find it useful to print out request forms yourself.

How do I submit my inter library loan requests?

You can complete a request form online (available at http://lis.tees.ac.uk/ill), print it off and sign it before it can be submitted to the Library. The requests require an original signature to comply with copyright law. Request cards are also available at the iZone.

Can I use a stamp to stamp my signature onto my inter library loan requests?

No. We require an original signature to comply with copyright law.

Can I fax my inter library loan requests to you?

Yes. Completed and signed request forms can be faxed to the Library on 01642 342190, marked FAO Document Delivery - ILLS.

Students can use the British Library Documentation Centre at Boston Spa near Wetherby for reference purposes.
